THE STORY
Nominated among Asia's Top 25 DJs in both 2024 and 2025, DJ Sohail (Sohail Shaikh) is the open-format DJ Dubai calls when a crowd needs to be won over in the first five minutes. One set can travel from Bollywood to deep house, tech house, Afrobeats and nu disco without ever losing the floor.
With more than seven years on the UAE's club and events circuit, he has soundtracked some of the city's biggest community celebrations, including Holiverse 2026 at Dubai Sports City, the Holi Sundowner at JA Shooting Club and New Year's Eve at Helipad by Frozen Cherry.
His own brand, The Sohail Experience, captures what he does best: not just a DJ set, but a night people talk about the next morning. His live sets are now on YouTube for anyone who missed it.
One-liner: Asia's Top 25 DJ nominee two years running, and the founder of The Sohail Experience.
